The Stainless Steel Studs have a raised profile to alert visually impaired individuals of an upcoming hazard.

Stainless Steel Tactile Indicator Studs

The Stainless Steel Tactile Indicator Studs are available in four styles: Stainless Steel (with or or without spigot), and Grit (Carborundum) filled (with and without spigot). The Grit filled option is available in two colours: Yellow and Black.

These are ideal for metallic surfaces to acheive 60% luminance requirements under AS/NZS 1428.

All styles have acheived an R13 Slip Rating which is the highest available under AS/NZS4586.

The studs are 35mm in diameter , 5mm protrusion height. The spigot measures 16x6mm.

You will need 216 individual studs to cover a 600 x 900mm area, which is gerenally the minimum requirement for a single hazard (but you need double this amount to cover the top and bottom of the hazards).
